Working Principle
The high frequency welded tubes production line feeds a certain specification of steel stripinto the machine, bends the steel strip into a tube through the forming roller, and then uses thehigh frequency proximity effect and skin effect to quickly heat the tube edge to the weldingtemperature, and completes the welding under the extrusion pressure of the extrusion rollerAfter cooling, sizing and rough straightening, it becomes a steel pipe of therequiredspecifications. The equipment consists of feeding to cutting and blanking, and the tubemaking speed is adjusted accordingly with the change of tube making specifications.
