Manual type
The European-type high-intensity head section isconfigured with a high-efficiency worm and is drivenby a worm wheel, which means high cutting rate freefrom noise or burr. Manual feed of the tool allows thehead section to rotate along the left-and-rightdirection by a cleariy-defined 45°,with the additional45。-90-45reference filecolumn makingadjustment easier. Also,the machine is equippedwith a manual two-way clamp, an automatic coolingsystem and a manually-tuning block
Performance Features:
1,Burr-free and Dust-free: Two-way clamps on both sides can holdthe work-piece in a steady manner, making sure that the cut surface issmooth without burrs and that sawing is with low noise and lowpollution.
2,Accurate, fast and smooth: Accurate cutting, which is faster ascompared with the band saw or bow saw, results in smooth cut surfacethat does not generate heat, requiring no re-processing.
3,Oblique cutting or channeling:The head section may be adjustedalong the left-and-right direction, for oblique cutting or channeling thatsees accurate angles and perfect pipe interface.
4,Cooling pump:The circulating/cooling system is with an oil basin of alarge capacity, which ensures the saw blade enjoys a long life span andthat the cut surface is always smooth and flat.
